We're a small operation. We make a few simple things for particular people.

We grew up fixing things in ways that worked even when they weren't exactly by the book. My grandfather had a saying for those moments — "There's the right way, there's the wrong way, and then there's our way."

That's still how we think about it.

The sourdough starter lives in our kitchen. The coffee is roasted after you order it. The fatwood lights on the first try.
